Standard Returns & Refund Policy

At Koru Herb & Co., every product is crafted with care and handled according to the highest quality and safety standards. Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of all customers, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless one of the following applies:

  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or was stolen, and you selected Insureful Shipping Protection at checkout.
  • You received the incorrect item (covered with or without protection).

Return Eligibility

If Your Order Was Damaged, Defective, or Stolen (With Shipping Protection):

  • You must have selected Insureful Shipping Protection during checkout.
  • Submit proof of purchase and clear photos showing the issue (e.g., broken seals, damaged packaging or product).

  • Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

⚠️ If shipping protection was not selected, Koru Herb & Co. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. These orders are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If You Received the Incorrect Item (Regardless of Protection):

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  •  Provide proof of purchase and photo evidence of the incorrect product.

  • Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will cover the cost of sending the correct item.

How to Start an Exchange

To request a return or replacement, email support@thekoruco.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Photos clearly showing the problem.

  • Any relevant packaging images, if applicable.

We’ll review your request and provide next steps to resolve it.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it, but a new shipping fee will apply.

Once a shipping label is used, a new one must be issued for reshipment.

Pre-Order Returns & Refund Policy

⚠️ Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

All pre-orders are final once processed. Due to the nature of pre-orders — including limited stock, custom fulfillment, and early access pricing — we cannot cancel or modify pre-orders once they are confirmed.

If you need to make changes, please contact us at support@koruherbco.com within 24 hours of placing your pre-order. After this window, the order is locked for processing.

Returns for Pre-Order Items

Once your pre-order has been delivered, it is eligible for return only in accordance with our standard return policy.

Please note:

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.
