We use recyclable materials ♻️ and eco-conscious packaging whenever possible. Our focus is on sourcing the highest-quality organic ingredients—not excessive packaging.

Gift box shipping is available and can be added at checkout for an additional fee (see Add-Ons for pricing).

At Koru Herb & Co., we aim to process and ship your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the care and quality you expect.

Damage, Loss, & Theft Protection

To provide peace of mind, we offer Insureful Shipping Protection at checkout. This optional service covers your order in the event of shipping-related loss, theft, or damage. If selected, your item will be replaced at no additional cost should any of these issues occur.

If you choose to decline shipping protection, please note that Koru Herb & Co. is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they leave our hands. In these cases, a new purchase would be required.

We remain committed to correcting any fulfillment errors on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or an incomplete order—with or without shipping protection.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days ( Holidays excluded)

During high-volume periods, such as product launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timelines

Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
  • International: 7–21 business days after processing

Shipping times are estimated and may be impacted by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after receiving the email.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Koru Herb & Co. is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@thekoruco.com.

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Koru Herb & Co. We offer pre-orders to provide early access to limited or upcoming products. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Each pre-order product will have an estimated shipping window clearly listed on the product page. Please review this timeline before placing your order.

Orders that include pre-order items will ship based on the pre-order shipping schedule—we do not split shipments. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Note: Pre-order items ship separately.

If your cart includes both a pre-order and an in-stock item, a separate shipping fee will automatically apply.
To avoid delays or confusion, we recommend purchasing pre-order items separately.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

We ask that you allow adequate processing and shipping time in line with the estimated shipping window provided at the time of your purchase. This window accounts for production, packaging, and fulfillment timelines specific to your pre-order.
